Activities
There is nothing like a good, hands-on activity to help a child remember the day’s lesson. Activities should be chosen carefully. They should teach the truth. They should be simple enough to complete without too much frustration on the student’s part. They should be interesting enough to hold the student’s attention. They should not break the teacher’s pocket book. If prepared well, many activities can be used over and over again with the same students or filed away and used the next time the lesson is taught. I would like to share with you some activities that I’ve come up with to help with my class.
